Our return policy is simple. Within 30 days of receipt of your order, you may return heating parts for a full parts refund.
NOTE: On all stock heating parts that are in factory sealed packages you may return within 30 days of receipt for a full parts refund. However, items that are not in sealed packages, have been installed or were special ordered will not be accepted back for a refund. No returns on electrical parts if any wires have been connected or removed from original sealed packages. We cannot assure that these parts are new, never installed, and in saleable condition.
Please follow this procedure:
- Simply indicate the reason for the return.
- Tell us the action you want us to take: issue credit or exchange for another part.
- Please include a copy of the invoice with your return.
- If you want credit, we will issue credit.
- If you want to exchange the part, we will ship the new parts out via UPS ground service.
- Please allow up to 10 business days for return processing to be completed and the credit or new parts to be sent out to you.

If an item or items have freight damage, all such claims must be made to the freight carrier.
Defective items being returned for warranty are subject to manufacturer's terms. We will give full credit back for any returned parts in new condition. However, all return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility.
